A family medicine or internal medicine physician is needed to see clinic patients with complex conditions. This job is with a primary care clinic located in Southeast Alaska. There are multiple providers on staff, physicians and nurse practitioners with RN and MA support. This position is clinic only, no call, Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM, one week per month.
The locum physician would make scheduled trips each month, becoming familiar with the patient population and seeing patients with complex health conditions. The locum physician would also be a resource for other providers on staff, as well as reviewing charts, treatment plans, etc.
DATES: 7/3/2023 – 6/28/2024 with option to extend

- Locum Tenens
- Outpatient Clinic
- Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM
- Patient Volume: 10 – 15 patients per day
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- Pay: $170 per hour for every hour working in clinic
- 1099 position
- Medical malpractice insurance provided
- Travel, housing, vehicle provided
