NP/PA Locum, Urgent Care, M-F 8-5, No Call, On Road System, One of Alaska’s Best Towns
3116D Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Primary Care, No Call, Weekends off!! Located in, Alaska’s Playground, it just doesn’t get better than this!
This is rare opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an Urgent Care Clinic 5 days per week. Work Mon-Fri, and enjoy two consecutive days off to enjoy all the area has to offer. Hiking, fishing all year, x-country skiing in the winter, this clinic is on the road system so it’s an easy drive to some of Alaska’s best destinations like, Anchorage and Homer.

DATES: 3 month minimum commitment, would ideally like the same provider to stay 6 months
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- Salary: $93 per hour for every hour worked in the clinic, pay increases to $95 per hour on 6/23/23
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Mon-Fri
- No Call
- Duties: Urgent Care Clinic
- Orientation/training days are paid at hourly rate
- Accommodations: All travel, lodging, vehicle and malpractice insurance are provided
- This is a 1099 position as a locum
REQUIRMENTS:
- 2 years experience
- Good urgent and primary care experience
- Active Alaska license
- ACLS, BLS required
- Active DEA Certificate
