Locum NP Needed for 3-6 Month Rotation in Alaska, Primary Care, No After Hours or Weekend Call
3323D Nurse Practitioner for Urgent Care, No Call, No Weekends. Located in Southcentral Alaska On The Road System so go explore!
This is rare opportunity a Nurse Practitioner to work Urgent Care 5 days per week. Work Mon-Fri, and enjoy two consecutive days off to enjoy all the area has to offer. Hiking, fishing all year, x-country skiing in the winter, this clinic is on the road system so it’s an easy drive to some of Alaska’s best destinations like, Anchorage, Talkeetna, and more.

DATES: Start October 9th for 3-6 months
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- Salary:$100 per hour for every hour working in the clinic
- OT $150 per hour after 8 hours
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-4:30, T Th 8-5:30
- No Call, No Weekends (unpaid)
- Duties: Urgent Care Clinic and medevacs
- Orientation/training days are paid at hourly rate
- Accommodations: All travel, lodging, vehicle and malpractice insurance are provided
- This is a 1099 position as a locum
REQUIRMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an NP
- Urgent care experience
- Emergency experience, will handle emergencies from ambulances and handle medevacs
- Active Alaska license
- ACLS, BLS required, PALS and ATLS are a plus
- Active DEA Certificate
