Position Type: Locum-to-Perm or Permanent
Provider Type: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description:
- Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shared Call Responsibilities
- Primary focus on Primary Care and Emergency Medicine
Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: Yes, plus booster
Licensing: Active Alaska (AK) license, DEA Certification
Experience: Two years of experience required, including emergency medicine coverage/call experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $65 – 80/hr plus call pay
- Commitment Length: 2 to 3 years preferred
- Sign-on Bonus: Negotiable
