Location: Southeast Alaskan Village
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: July 29th, 2025 – December 31st, 2025 (option to take all or part of this assignment!)
Compensation: Hourly Rate, Overtime, On-Call, and Call-Back pay!
Key Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; rotating call
- Compensation Breakdown:
- $95.00 hourly rate
- $142.50 hourly overtime rate
- $142.50 hourly call-back rate
- $225.00 per on-call shift
Responsibilities:
- Patient Volume, Clinic: Averages 8 patients per day
- On-Call Details: Averages 0-2 patients per call shift
- Staffing Mix: 3 additional medical providers, 1 behavioral health provider, 1 dental hygienist, 1 medical assistant, 2 additional support staff
Position Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with the State of Alaska
- Active BLS & ACLS
- ATLS preferred, but not required
- Active DEA registration
- COVID vaccination
- Must be culturally sensitive and willing to embrace the native community and their culture
