Location: Southern Alaska
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: July 7th – September 15th, 2025
Compensation: Hourly Rate

Key Job Details: 

  • Schedule: 4/10s and No Call!
  • Compensation Breakdown: 
    • $98.00 hourly rate
    • $147.00 hourly holiday rate (limited holidays apply)
Responsibilities: 
  • Patient Volume: Averages 15-20 per day
  • Support Staff available as needed
Position Requirements: 
  • Active Alaska State Nurse Practitioner (NP) license 
  • Active BLS
  • ACLS & PALS preferred, but not required
  • Active DEA registration
  • COVID vaccination with booster
  • 2+ years' experience preferred working as a NP in family medicine
  • Must be able to see a full range of ages for primary and urgent care needs
  • Experience in Epic EMR is preferred
  • Must be culturally sensitive and willing to embrace the native community and their culture
