2935D  We’re Looking for an NP or PA to operate a solo provider clinic.  Responsible for occ health type injuries some primary and urgent care plus emergency call and medivacs which aren’t many but can happen.  Make over $45,000 for this rotation which includes all expenses, malpractice insurance, RT flights, meals and housing.  Clinic is located in SW Alaska.
 

DATES:  6/5-7/24

OVERVIEW:

  • Locum Tenens
  • Occupational health
  • Emergency medicine
  • Medivacs
  • 7 days per week
  • Call nights and weekends, emergencies are rare

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

  • $870 daily rate, 7 days per week
  • Housing, meals and travel included
  • Malpractice coverage included
  • Paid travel and weather days
  • 1099 Contract through WMS

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active NP or PA with State of Alaska
  • BLS, ACLS, and ATLS preferred
  • Active DEA 
  • Minimum 2 years emergency medicine experience as NP or PA
