Colorado Regional Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Primary Care Physician
Located in a world class ski destination and outdoor adventure wonderland, this mountain town is nestled among the highest concentration of 13,000 and 14,000 peaks in North America. The Medical Center is seeking a full-time Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Internal Medicine Physician to be part of the primary care team serving our community of residents, visitors, and members of our neighboring communities.
Opportunity Details
Start Date: Anticipated Spring 2024
Daily Routine:
- Work 4 weekly shifts per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Patient hours 8am-5pm.
- Estimated 15 – 18 patient visits per day.
- No call.
- Primary care has a team-based approach with a consistent MA or RN designated to the provider, Triage RN and Floating MA or RN.
- The practice is an integrated model with 2 RN chronic care managers and 2 behavioral health therapists. EMR system in place with Informaticist and EHR superusers. Onsite staff that provides Spanish translation.
Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Internal Medicine.
- State medical license and DEA.
- Ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish.
- Must have an affinity for pediatrics and women health.
Compensation and Benefits
- W2 salaried position.
- First year salary guarantee. Then guarantee + incentive opportunity.
- The salary range is dependent on experience and begins at $225,000 for full-time.
