Recruiting: Recruiter (Remote – Full-Time)
The Recruiter’s mission is to use excellent customer service and judgment to recruit a pipeline of highly qualified ‘A Player’ medical providers and to shepherd them through the screening and onboarding process. After working as a Nurse Practitioner in rural Alaska and Montana for nearly two decades, Mary Ellen Doty came to understand the need for a staffing company that specializes in staffing rural and remote areas with excellent medical providers. Mary Ellen founded WMS in September 2010 in order to address this need. Now, with a team of dedicated employees, we’re growing faster than ever.
Wilderness Medical Staffing (WMS) is a team of experienced staffing experts. We provide locum tenens staffing of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. We specialize in placing excellent, compassionate providers in rural clinics, hospitals, and communities across the continental Northwest and Alaska.
