We're seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for a Primary Care position at a clinic that is well regarded and known for its positive feedback from past Locum Tenens providers. You'll be providing care to patients of all ages and serving a rural community that truly values you. Location: Southeast Alaska
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: Ongoing 4-week Assignments beginning October 2025
Compensation: Hourly Rate + Overtime
Key Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Compensation Breakdown:
- $95.00 hourly rate
- $140.50 hourly overtime rate
Responsibilities:
- Patient Volume, Clinic: Averages 10-16 per day
- Staffing Mix: 1 additional APP, MA, Receptionist, Security
- No Call!
Position Requirements:
- Active Alaska State Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Active BLS & ACLS
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years Primary Care experience
- Must be culturally sensitive and willing to embrace the native community and their culture
