The Wilderness Employer Referral Program

*Terms & Conditions:

• Eligibility:
  • To qualify, the referred client organization must not have an active relationship with Wilderness Medical Staffing at the time of referral. A client is considered to have an active relationship if they have:
    1. Submitted a staffing request or signed a staffing agreement within the past one year
    2. Had direct communication with our team regarding staffing needs within the past one year
    3. Booked or actively worked with a provider from Wilderness Medical Staffing within the past two years
  • If the referred client is in our database but has not engaged in any of the ways listed above for one year or more, the referral may still be eligible, pending the Bonus Payment Terms are met.
  • Referred client organizations must be located in Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, or Washington.
• Referral Credit:
  • A referral is valid if the client contact is submitted through our online referral form, email, survey, direct communication, or any other designated method and meets the Bonus Payment Terms.
  • If a client inquires independently but was referred by someone, they must mention the referring party during their initial communication for the referral to be credited.
  • For referrals received through word-of-mouth or non-traditional methods, our team will verify eligibility using reasonable attribution methods, such as confirming with the client or matching referral details.
  • Each client organization may only be referred once. The qualifying referral bonus will be awarded to the first person who submits the referral, as determined by the earliest verified submission.
  • Wilderness Medical Staffing reserves the right to determine referral eligibility based on tracking data, submission records, and client confirmation.
• Bonus Payment Terms:
  • The referred client must:
    1. Generate a new staffing contract and rate sheet within one year of being referred
    2. Book a provider who completes 20 days or 160 hours of work (whichever comes first)
    3. Once these criteria are met, the referring party will receive a $1,000 bonus as a token of our appreciation. This bonus may be awarded in one of three ways:
       • A check paid directly to the referring party
       • A donation made to a charitable organization of their choice
       • A $1,000 credit toward future services (available only to existing clients of Wilderness Medical Staffing)

       A completed W9 form is required for bonus payment to be processed.

• Program Changes & Geographic Restrictions:
  • Wilderness Medical Staffing reserves the right to modify or cancel the Client Referral Bonus Program at any time and for any reason.
  • Referral submissions and bonuses are only accepted from residents of the United States.
  • This program is not valid outside the U.S.
