Pete’s medical journey began in high school, followed by service in the Marine Corps and a distinguished career in the U.S. Army. After completing his PA training with a focus on rural and underserved communities, Pete worked in trauma and surgery, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and significant roles during the COVID-19 pandemic in NYC. Now retired from the military, Pete continues his passion for serving remote communities, working as a locum tenens PA in Alaska’s Aleutian Peninsula.
Sarah Kelley, NP
Sarah Kelley is a highly qualified and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in emergency medicine, remote healthcare, and nursing education. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with numerous post-graduate. Sarah has worked in various healthcare settings across Illinois and Alaska, providing primary care, emergency medical treatment, and education. Sarah is a member of several professional organizations and has volunteered on medical missions in Haiti, Guatemala, and Nicaragua.
