Location: Rural Northeast Montana
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: December 15th, 2025 – April 1st, 2026
Schedule:
- Clinic 2 days per week
- 12-15 ER shifts per month
Compensation:
- Direct Care: $180.00 – $200.00/hour
- On-Call: $100.00 – $120.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Patient Volume, Clinic: Averages 12-15 per day (max of 6 patients on days when you're also covering the ER)
- Patient Volume, ER: Averages 2-3 per day
- Call: On ER shift days, on-call 24/7 for ER, Inpatient & LTC
- Staffing Mix: Nursing staff 24/7
Position Requirements:
- Active Montana State MD/DO License
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
- Active DEA Registration
- Minimum 2-years of remote Solo/CAH experience
- Primary Care and ER Skills required
- Must be able to work as a Solo-provider
