Location: Southcentral Washington
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: January 19th, 2026 and Ongoing
This position is posted as a Vendor Management System bid opportunity and is subject to standard vendor submission and evaluation processes.
Compensation: $240.00/hour
Schedule: Friday – Monday: 3-4 12-hour shifts (schedule must include both Saturday and Sunday)
CRNAs support the following:
- 7 ORs in the main Surgery Department
- 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center
- 2 GI treatment rooms
- 1 Bronchoscopy Room
- 1 Cath Lab
Case Mix: ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, Podiatry, OB, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pediatrics, Robotic Procedures, Urology, Vascular (no CT or Neuro)
Supervision: Medically Supervised, Care Team Model
Position Requirements:
- Active Washington State Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license
- Board Certification
- Minimum 2-years experience
- Anesthesia – Adult, Pediatric, Trauma, Spinal, Epidural, Obstetrical
