Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: November 11th – December 23rd, 2025
This position is posted as a Vendor Management System bid opportunity and is subject to standard vendor submission and evaluation processes.
Compensation:
- Direct Care: $110.00/hour
- Call Back: $110.00/hour
- Call: $66.00/hour
Schedule:
- Clinic (OB Patients only): 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Call: 7:00am – 7:00am
Patient Volumes:
- Clinic: Averages 12-14 patients per day
- Deliveries: Averages 1-2 per day
Specific Rotation Dates:
- November 11th, 12th: Clinic
- November 17th – 19th: Clinic
- November 26th – 28th: Clinic
- December 3rd, 4th: Clinic
- December 5th – 7th: Call
- December 9th, 10th: Call
- December 11th, 12th: Clinic
- December 15th, 16th: Clinic
- December 18th, 20th: Call
- December 22nd, 23rd: Clinic
Schedule may be flexible, depending on what the candidate is able to offer.
Position Requirements:
- Active Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license with the State of Montana (or willingness to obtain)
- Board Certification
- Minimum 2-years experience
- Delivery experience
