Compensation: $115.00 hourly rate
Schedule:

About: We are seeking a compassionate and culturally grounded Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and medication counseling services for clients receiving mental health and behavioral health care. This role emphasizes a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to wellness, integrating traditional healing, community values, and evidence-based practice.
Work Setting: Provider will work remotely providing telehealth visits. Potential to work onsite in the future.
Position Requirements:
- Active Montana State Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) license
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and indigenous perspectives on wellness
- Commitment to reducing stigma and promoting healing through culturally relevant, person-centered care
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a small, community-based interdisciplinary team
- Preferred – 1 year experience providing psychiatric or behavioral health services
