Content Submission Terms

This Content Release (“Release”) is made and entered into by the individual (“Releasor”), in favor of Wilderness Medical Staffing (“Producer”).

1. Grant of Permission

I hereby grant to Wilderness Medical Staffing, its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns (collectively, the “Producer”), the irrevocable right and permission to capture, record, reproduce, edit, adapt, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use my image, likeness, voice, and statements (collectively, “Submitted Material”) in any format or medium, whether now known or later developed. This includes, but is not limited to, video recordings, audio recordings, written content, blog posts, social media materials, marketing collateral, and promotional campaigns, for use worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further compensation to me.

2. HIPAA & Patient Privacy Agreement

I understand that:

I must not disclose any Protected Health Information (PHI), including patient names, specific medical conditions, dates of service, facility names, or other identifiable details.  Wilderness Medical Staffing will take reasonable steps to edit and remove any accidental disclosures before content is finalized.  If any HIPAA-sensitive information is unintentionally shared, I will notify Wilderness Medical Staffing immediately for removal.

3. Rights and Ownership

I understand and agree that:

The Submitted Material shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Producer.  The Producer has the unrestricted right to modify, edit, and use the Submitted Material in any way, including but not limited to advertising, promotional materials, training, and commercial purposes.  I waive any claims regarding the use of AI-generated transcripts, captions, or summaries of my statements. I may request to review my final content before publication if I notify WMS within 5 business days after recording.  I may revoke my consent at any time in writing, but I understand that once published, it may not be possible to retract all content.

4. Release of Claims

I release, discharge, and hold harmless the Producer and its agents, employees, representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action that may arise from the use of the Submitted Material, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or misrepresentation.

5. No Obligation to Use

I understand that the Producer has no obligation to use the Submitted Material and that my participation does not entitle me to compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Governing Law

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Release shall be resolved in the courts of Washington.

7. Third-Party Permissions

I affirm that any content I submit does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties. If the content includes identifiable individuals other than myself, I confirm that I have obtained their express, written consent to be recorded and to have their likeness, voice, and/or performance used by Wilderness Medical Staffing for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional use, social media, and commercial distribution. I agree to provide documentation of such consent upon request. I release, discharge, and hold harmless Wilderness Medical Staffing from any claims arising from the use of such third-party content.

8. Entire Agreement

This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings, whether written or oral. No modifications to this Release shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

9. Acknowledgment

I have read and understand this Release, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
