Locum MD/DO – Long-Term Care – NW MT – $190k+ in 6 months!
05927S – We are looking for a dedicated Physician (MD/DO) to provide coverage at a long-term care facility in Northwest Montana. Here, you'll work with a team of professionals, dedicated to providing exceptional care to their residents. Once fully established, this position offers schedule flexibility with a blend of on-site and remote work. We're looking for a Physician who can commit to a 6-month or year-long contract to help ensure continuity of care for this deserving population. Location: Northwest Montana
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: ASAP and Ongoing. Minimum 6-months to 1-year contract required.
Compensation: Make $190,000+ in 6 months!
- $200.00 hourly rate
- $250.00 hourly call-back rate
Schedule: Once fully established, a combination of remote and on-site work may be considered
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Weekday Call
- No Weekend Call
Responsibilities:
- 47-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, with an average census of about 30 residents
- 60 and 90 day resident assessments
- New admission H&Ps
- Medication reviews
- Acute condition management (UTIs, etc)
- Daily rounding
- Call: Covering urgent issues during weekdays; Weekend call is optional. Open to discussing structure
Position Requirements:
- Active Montana State Physician (MD/DO) license
- Board Certification
- Active BLS
- Active DEA registration
- Strong primary care and urgent care experience
- Experience in long-term-care highly preferred
