Schedule: Clinic Hours + Call
Responsibilities:
- Averages 8 patients per clinic shift
Requirements:
- Active Washington State Physician (MD/DO) License (or willingness to obtain)
- Board Certified
- Active DEA registration
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
