Location: Central Montana

Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract

Date Range: Start ASAP, pending credentialing


Job Specialty: Dentist

Schedule: Full-time coverage needed Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Responsibilities:

  • Case Mix: Will see patients of all ages - general dentistry, preventative and restorative services, fillings, crowns, extractions, etc. No root canals. No dentures
  • Patient Volume: Averages 6-8 patients per day
  • Staffing Mix: 1 FTE Hygienist, 1 part-time Receptionist, 2 FTE contract Dentists

Position Requirements:

  • Unrestricted, active, full Dentist license - any state
    • Dentist must have a Montana dental license to bill commercial payers, even though they may be able to practice with an unrestricted license from another state
  • Dental school must be ADA/CODA accredited or otherwise recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Must have passed the National Board Dental Examinations
  • Client provided additional experience requirements for the position
  • Prefer experience within the I/T/U System
  • Experience working with Native populations is beneficial
