Locum Physician - Primary Care - Northcentral Idaho

This is an outpatient, primary care role starting in November with a minimum 3-month commitment required (would prefer longer - up to 8 months!). Location: Northcentral Idaho
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: November 1st, 2026 - July 1st, 2027 (minimum 3-month commitment required - longer preferred)
We are looking for 2 Physicians total!
Job Specialties: Primary Care
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- No Call
Compensation: $155.00 hourly rate (make $74,000+ in 3 months or $198,000+ for the entire 8-month assignment!)
Responsibilities:
- Patient Volume, Clinic: Up to 15 patients/day
- Staffing Mix: 3.5 Physicians, 4-5 APPs
- Case Mix: Patient Panel + some walk-ins. Low acuity issues, chronic conditions, general primary care.
Position Requirements:
- Active Idaho State Physician license
- Board Certification
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Active DEA registration
- Annual flu shot required (declination forms accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
