Location: Northcentral Idaho
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: Mid-October start with a minimum 3-month commitment required (prefer up to 6 months!)
We are looking for 2 providers total!
Job Specialties: Primary Care
Schedule: Clinic Hours - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Option for 5/8s schedule for 4/10s schedule
- No Call
Compensation: $98.00 hourly rate (Make $47,000+ in 3 months, $94,000+ in 6 months!)
Responsibilities:
- Patient Volume, Clinic: Up to 15 patients/day
- Staffing Mix: 3.5 Physicians, 4-5 APPs
- Case Mix: Patient Panel + some walk-ins. Low acuity issues, chronic conditions, general primary care.
Position Requirements:
- Active Idaho State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Board Certification
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Active DEA registration
- Annual flu shot required (declination forms accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
