Date Range: Start ASAP, pending credentialing

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (coverage until 5:30pm on some days)
Responsibilities:
- Staffing Mix: 3 FTS Pharmacy Technicians, 1 FTE Locum Pharmacist
- Approximately 800-900 prescriptions per day
Position Requirements:
- Unrestricted, active, full pharmacist license - any state
- PharmD from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school
- One of the following:
- BPS board certification or obtain certification within one year of approved privileges
- NCPS certification or obtain certification within one year of approved privileges
- Completion of an ASHP Pharmacy Practice Residency
- Prefer experience within the I/T/U System
- Experience working with Native populations is beneficial
