Apply Now06405J - We’re seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a Primary Care and Occupational Health assignment in Urban Southcentral Alaska. Minimum 2-years experience practicing primary care with occupational health experience highly preferred. On assignment, you'll see an average of 8-12 patients per day with the majority being lower acuity. This is a Monday-Friday position in an rrban setting where you'll get to experience the beauty of Alaska while also having access to plenty of amenities. Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: October 2026 - January 2027
Locum-to-Perm option available for the right candidate!

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 40 hrs/week, exact schedule TBD
- 2 hrs of admin time built into each day
- Same-day appointment slots built in to schedule
Compensation: Make $86,000+ in 3 months!
Responsibilities:
- Patient Volume, Clinic: Averages 8-12 patients per day
- Staffing Mix: 4 providers across 2 locations, MAs, RN
- Case Mix: Lower-acuity primary care, general primary care, occupational health, annual physicals, new patient visits, acute visits, virtual visits
Position Requirements:
- Active Alaska State Physician (MD/DO) license
- Board Certification
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
- Experience working in Occupational Health highly preferred
