*Terms & Conditions:

• To be eligible, you must submit a provider who is not already in our database.
• Referrals must be for a US-licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.
• Once the healthcare provider you refer works 20 days or 160 hours (whichever comes first), you will be eligible to receive the $500 as a sign of our gratitude.
• Please note, the referred provider must initiate contract work within one year of being referred.
• Wilderness Medical Staffing reserves the right to change or cancel the Referral Bonus Program at any time and for any reason.
• Referral submissions are only accepted from residents of the United States. This bonus program is not valid outside of the United States.
