The Wilderness Referral Program

*Terms & Conditions:

• Eligibility:
  • To qualify, the referred provider must not have an active relationship with Wilderness Medical Staffing at the time of referral. A provider is considered to have an active relationship if they have:
    1. Applied for a position, submitted credentials, or completed an application with Wilderness Medical Staffing within the past one year.
    2. Had direct communication (email, phone, or text) with a recruiter about job opportunities within the past one year.
    3. Worked or been placed in an assignment with Wilderness Medical Staffing within the past two years.
  • If a provider is in our database but has not engaged in any of the ways listed above for one year or more, the referral will be eligible, pending the Bonus Payment Terms are met.
  • Referrals must be for a US-licensed physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or CRNA.
• Referral Credit & Influencer-Driven Referrals:
  • A referral is valid if the provider is submitted through our online referral form, survey, direct communication, or any other designated method and meets the Bonus Payment Terms.
  • If a provider inquires independently but was referred by someone (including an influencer), they must mention the referring party during their initial inquiry, application, or onboarding for credit.
  • For referrals received through surveys, word-of-mouth, or non-traditional methods, our team will verify eligibility using reasonable attribution methods, such as confirming with the provider or matching referral details.
  • Each provider may only be referred once. The qualifying referral bonus will be awarded to the first person who submits the referral, as determined by the earliest verified submission.
  • Wilderness Medical Staffing reserves the right to determine referral eligibility based on tracking data, submission records, and provider confirmation.
• Bonus Payment Terms:
  • Once the referred provider completes 20 days or 160 hours of work (whichever comes first), the referring party will receive a $1000 bonus as a token of our appreciation. (W9 is required for payment.)
  • The referred provider must begin contract work within one year of being referred for the referral to be valid.
• Program Changes & Geographic Restrictions:
  • Wilderness Medical Staffing reserves the right to modify or cancel the Referral Bonus Program at any time and for any reason.
  • Referral submissions and bonuses are only accepted from residents of the United States.
  • This program is not valid outside the U.S.
