Compensation:

Schedule:
- 40 hr/week schedule – various shift options
- No Call
Facility Information:
- Outpatient, Primary Care Clinic with some Urgent Care Acuity walk-in patients
- Volume: 10-12 patients per day
- Staffing Mix: 2 full time providers, 1 Physical Therapist, 2 Behavioral Health Providers, 3 Dentists, 2 Dental Hygienists
Position Requirements:
- Montana State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license required (or willingness to obtain)
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Active DEA registration
- Primary Care & Family Medicine experience
- Rural Health experience preferred
- Community Health experience preferred
- Must be comfortable seeing urgent care-level walk-in patients
- Must be able and comfortable working independently and in a rural environment
