05751S – We are seeking up to three committed and experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join a Family Medicine clinic in a central hub community in Southcentral Alaska. These are permanent W2 roles within a highly collaborative outpatient setting serving a diverse patient population. These positions are in-person, so relocation is required for candidates who do not live in the area.

Locum Position Compensation:
- $106.00 hourly rate
- $159.00 overtime hourly rate
- $159.00 holiday hourly rate (limited holidays apply)
- $106.00 hourly travel rate: 2 paid travel days (1 arrival, 1 departure), paid 8 hours each day at the regular hourly rate
Permanent Position Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $120,900.00 to $165,000.00
- Full Pay Range: $120,900.00 to $187,000.00

Shift Details
- Schedule: Full Time – Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
