Location: Central Colorado
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: July 1st, 2026 start date with 3-6 month long commitment
Compensation: $97.00 hourly rate
Schedule:
- Clinic Hours and Hospital Rounding – 4/10s schedule, exact workdays TBD
- Shared call, exact cadence TBD
Facility Details:
- Patient Volume: Averages 8-15 per day
- Staffing Mix: 4-providers total in clinic, MAs, RNs, ER providers rotate on 24-hour shifts
- 8-bed hospital
- Departments: Acute Care, Swing, ER, Imaging, Lab, Wound Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy
Requirements:
- Active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with the State of Colorado
- Active BLS, ACLS
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years primary care experience
- Hospitalist experience
- Experience with Medivac preferred
