Multiple Locum NPs/PAs – Primary Care – Urban Southcentral Alaska

06144S – We’re seeking multiple experienced NPs or PAs who are able to offer a 3-6 month commitment for primary care assignments in Southcentral Alaska. Here, you’ll provide primary care, to an urban community on the road system with the full support of clinic staff in a modern state-of-the-art family practice environment. Location: Southcentral Alaska

Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract

Date Range: August 2026 and Ongoing (3-6 month rotations preferred)

We’re looking for 6+ providers!

Schedule:

  • 3-6 month rotations preferred
  • Clinic: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • No Call

Compensation: (make $50,000+ in 3 months!)

  • $106.00 hourly rate
  • $159.00 overtime hourly rate
  • $159.00 holiday hourly rate (limited holidays apply)
  • $106.00 hourly travel rate: 2 paid travel days (1 arrival, 1 departure), paid 8 hours each day at the regular hourly rate

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Volume, Clinic: Averages 12-14 patients per day
  • Staffing Mix: Multiple APPs with standard clinic support staff and supervising Physician support

Position Requirements:

  • Active Alaska State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
  • Board Certification
  • Active BLS
  • Active DEA registration
  • Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
