We're seeking a provider who is available for a 6-month commitment. Any US State Pharmacist License is accepted! Location: Southwest Oklahoma
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract
Date Range: ASAP Start Date with 6-month commitment
Compensation: $85.00 hourly rate (make $81,000+ in 6 months!)
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm (potental for extended shifts as well)
- Potential for some Weekend hours, 10:00am-6:00pm
- No holidays
- No call
Position Details:
- Diabetes Pharmacy Clinic – Ambulatory/Outpatient only
- Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) placement and data interpretation
- Patient counseling
- Prescription processing and inventory management
Position Requirements:
- Active US State Pharmacist license (any US State license accepted!)
- BCACP OR BCPS board certification, OR completion of Postgraduate Year 1 residency
