05885S – We are seeking two Family Medicine Physicians to join a multi-disciplinary practice in a central hub community in Southcentral Alaska. These are permanent W2 roles within a highly collaborative outpatient setting serving a diverse patient population. Located in Urban Alaska, you'll find no shortage of modern amenities as well as endless outdoor adventures. These positions are in-person, so relocation is required for candidates who do not live in the area.

Permanent Position Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay Range: $229,000 to $321,000
- Full Pay Range: $229,000 to $367,000

Schedule Details:
- Full Time
- Flexible Schedule, Monday through Friday
- One evening per week and an occasional Saturday
- No evening or weekend on-call responsibilities
- Average Patient Volume: 12-14 per 8-hour shift
Responsibilities:
- Staffing Mix: PAs, NPs, RN Case Manager, Medical Assistant, Case Management Support
- Patient Panel of approximately 1,200

- Modern outpatient primary care clinic with 9 primary care offices
- Staffed by multiple Physicians and APPs and a multi-disciplinary team of specialists (Nutritionists, CNMs, Pediatricians, Pharmacists, Psychiatrist, Behavioral Health providers, and more)
